We specialize in cutting fabrics for making pillowcases. The sizes of pillowcases to fit U.S. sizes are as follows:

Standard Case: 21" x 32"
Queen: 21" x 36"
King Case: 21" x 42"

To make pillowcases out of the various sizes, the pillowcase pieces should be cut as follows:

Standard - cuff-10.5 inches; band-2.5 inches; main pillowcase-27 inches

Queen - cuff-12.5 inches; band-3.5 inches; main pillowcase-32 inches

King - cuff-16.5 inches; band-4.5 inches; main pillowcase-36 inches

Even though the band does not add any measureable length to the pillowcase, we cut it larger for the queen- and king-sized pillowcases to make it more proportional to the size of the pillowcase.
