We do not share or sell your personal information or email address with anyone. This information is used strictly for processing your order.



METHOD OF PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. If you do not wish to give your credit card information on-line, call us at 814-725-3400 to verbally give your credit card information or to leave a message. To better serve you we ask that you still place your order through our website and in the comment section write, “Will phone in credit card info.”

If you would like to send a check, send a check made out to "Pillowcasegram," to Pillowcasegram & Other Things, P.O. Box 224, Westfield, NY 14787. Once we receive the check, we will deposit it and after five days (or once check clears), we will send you your order. Be sure to include a printed out copy of your order form.

SHIPPING CHARGES on the order confirmation you receive immediately after placing an order are approximate and may be adjusted once your order is filled. If the shipping charges will be at least $2.00 more than what is shown on your order, we will Email you to let you know. Confirmation of your order does not mean we have accepted your order. There may be circumstances beyond our control where an order cannot be filled, and we will Email you if this should happen.


SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

Pillowcasegram & Other Things is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Insurance can be purchased for your package if desired. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If there is a delay, we will Email you to let you know. You will receive a confirmation email when your package has shipped.

If the fabric is on sale, and you have ordered a lot of yardage, the cost may be less, but the weight will be more, so the postage may not be reflected correctly on your order form. It may be higher. We will inform of you of the higher cost before we mail the package if it is at least $2.00 more.

If you would like to add insurance, please let us know in the comments section, and we will add the insurance fee.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

SALES TAX
We are required to charge a sales tax of 6% for all Pennsylvania residents and the sales tax rate of the county where the fabric is sent to in New York State.


MERCHANDISE REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be granted unless merchandise is defective or an item was sent in error.
If an item was cut incorrectly, please contact us immediately on our contact page.
Please call or email stating the error immediately so we can correct the problem. After 21 days, all sales are considered final unless prior arrangements have been made.
